Safety & Health, Environmental Officer

**Responsibilities**- Overall responsibility for implementing the SHE Management System in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and OSHA 18001 standards.- Actively promoting safety, health, and environmental matters in the workplace.- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including machinery registration under the Factories and Machinery Act 1967.- Providing continuous safety and health awareness to project personnel through meetings, training sessions, toolbox meeting and other communication channels.- Ensure that all staff adhere to safe working practices- Ensure that all staff use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adequacy and availability of safety signage, tools, and equipment in the workplace.- Conduct daily safety inspections within the workplace.- Investigate workplace incidents and provide detailed incident reports.- Coordinate activities related to Emergency Response Teams (ERT) or First Aid teams during emergencies.- Conduct risk assessments within the workplace.- Prepare various reports, documents, and forms related to health and safety.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Understanding of legal requirements and proficient in environmental, safety, and health practices.- Demonstrates self-orientation with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive.- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.- Capable of working efficiently under pressure and within tight schedules.- Takes initiative with the ability to multitask and excel in a deadline-driven environment**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
