Conduct daily worksite inspection to rectify unsafe act and condition and submit such report to Safety Supervisor for follow up action. 2. Conduct gas free test and prepared report for confined space area and other activity that required. 3. To monitor and ensure that the Marine Operation Project activities are complying with HSE policy, safe work procedures and systems of work. 4. Assist Safety Supervisor to carry out planned weekly project HSE programmes. 5. Assist in accident and fire investigation and obtain necessary information and feedback to Supervisor for further action. 6. To monitor safety rules and regulations, PTW system and other approved HSE requirements is in compliance. 7. Ensure that PTW is applied for and duly signed by Safety Supervisor or respective executive. 8. Assist in tools and equipment inspection and ensure proper documentation is being carried out with colour coding. 9. To monitor and carry daily inspection on firefighting equipment, safety signage - to ensure they are in serviceable condition. 10. Attend to any emergency situation in the yard on board vessels. 11. To coordinate with subcontractor's safety promoters on the daily execution of their HSE activities and ensure such planned activities are being carried out accordingly. 12. Ensure that all incidents and near misses are reported. 13. Ensure that all unsafe acts and conditions are rectified immediately. 14. To carry out any other assignment as given by the Executives HSE.
