**Job Descriptions**:1. Financial Advisory service:- Client Management- Case Management- Activity Management2) Attend all meetings with Clients / Leads together with the Senior Advisor.3) Assist Senior Advisor in all administrative related tasks e.g. instruction order, client database update, and liaising with back office (Planning & Solutions / Sales Admin) for outstanding items.4) Assist in Financial Planning related tasks e.g. fact-finding, handover, and meeting minutes.5) Salaried Advisors will not practice independently until they complete the 1st 2 years of their service.**Requirements**:1) Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent which is accepted for Financial Planning professional qualification,2) Career level: Entry level,3) Years of Experience: 2 years and above,4) Skills / Competency:Good competency in English skills,5) Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets),6) Competency in follow-ups and follow through on cases / progress / activity updatesAbility to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
