Sales Admin (E-Commerce)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  Perform sales activities by replying customer queries and close sales  Check stock availability.  Update the e-commerce platforms setting from time to time.  Handle delivery for urgent customer inquiry or special case.  Check the platforms transactions with the communication inter departments.  Coordinate and prepare daily e-commerce (Shopee and Lazada) sales & operational administration functions including all types of reporting submission, filing, documentations and data maintenance.  Perform and generate weekly, month end, quarterly & yearend promotion, campaigns, sales, financial closing & reporting.  Support and create records for database on financial and other data.  Help packing ecommerce orders when necessary. Any additional tasks and supports role as requested.  Provide support in company marketing events. Research and build new products for the e-commerce platform.
