Sales Admin Executive

**Job descriptions**:- Attend and follow through sales and customer enquiries from customers- Update customers on the marketing campaign and product promotion- Support sales team on preparing quotation, order confirmation, coordination of invoicing and sales order for delivery- Support on payment collection- Manage sales and inquiries through WhatsApp / Social Media- Promote and secure orders for the range of products to customers- Maintain a good professional relationship with customers- Provide a good after-sales support- Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records- Assist sales team in preparing monthly reports- To perform other duties assigned by superior from time to time**Advantage**- Intensive training will be provided- Close monitoring will be supported**Requirement**:- Minimum 1 years working experience in the related field is required- Specializing in Sales / Marketing / Promoter / Customer Service / Telemarketing / Sales Offline / Online is added advantages- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills / Energetic- Able to reach the target- Able to work independently and meet deadlines- Can work in fast-paced environment**Why joining us**- Attractive remuneration accordingly- Condusive working environment- Better opportunities in career advancement- Bonus / Commission / Overriding / Rewards / Free trip- Only shortlisted will be notify**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
