Sales Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

**Job responsibilities**:- Setting up meetings with potential clients and coordinate on-site visit.- Ensure the gallery is in good condition to host business meeting.- Demonstrate strong presentation skills and conduct project briefings for clients- Conduct thorough market research and assess customer needs.- Participate in deal negotiation and handle client's enquiries.- Prepare weekly sales reports and provide regular client updates.- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations based on superior's requirement.- Ensure that documentation is consistently in compliance with SOPs.**Job requirements and skills**:- Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)- Excel in effective communication and coordination skills- Capable of working independently- Possess a valid driver's license- Availability to work on weekends for client visits as needed- Minimum 2 years working experience
