Sales Admin

Responsibilities:- To monitor and submit all sales cases from sales department and dealers.- To assist and prepare loan/end-financier administrative paper works and any other documentation compilation related to conveyancing matters.- To manage and follow up with customers for documentation.- To attend walk in customers for agreement signage.- To prepare and submit daily approval report to the manager.- Be responsive to any sales admin queries raised by head of department/customers/end-financiers and to provide high level of customer service.Requirements:- Minimum 1 year experience from related field.- Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Confident, well communication, responsive, responsible, and able to work as a team.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- sales admin: 1 year (preferred)
