Sales Admin '¢ Handle all new Client Registration. '¢ Handle all Client's New Vendor Registration. '¢ Handle all Client's New Vendor Credit Application Form. '¢ Submit weekly CIDB Levy declaration or ad-hoc CIDB Levy declaration for urgent projects before a project commences. '¢ Submit monthly project insurance declaration including all necessary supporting documents. '¢ Compile Quotation for submission. '¢ Generate project numbers. '¢ Maintain, monitor and update Quotation Log. '¢ Maintain, monitor and update Project Log. '¢ RFQ Acknowledgement (where applicable). '¢ Acknowledgement of PO receipt and feedback to Clients on Completion Date (check with Branch Manager), save PO on server. '¢ Generate Invoices to Clients. '¢ Keep track of retention and advance payment by project number. '¢ Keep track of Advance Payment Bond to Clients, Bank Guarantee to Clients, Retention Bond to Clients including collecting expired Bonds back from Clients. '¢ Tender Support (Compile for submission). '¢ Compile and submit Client Pre-Qualifications. '¢ Tender Deposit/ Tender Cheques '" keep track of successful and unsuccessful tenders and collect cheques from unsuccessful tenders. '¢ All Contract require contract stamping '" to keep track, inform and pass contract documents to HR for stamping. Education: ? BSc in Business Administration or related field ? PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Working Experience: ? Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role ? Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules. Technical & Professional Knowledge: ? Knowledge of project management software ?
