Sales Admin Liaison

2-3 years working experience as a runner in any of Selangor law firms.- Experience dealing with Land Office's (especially in Selangor) on blanket consent department (foreigner & leasehold project), strata title matter, quit rent and etc.- Experience dealing with Local Council (especially MPS, MPSJ, MPK) on assessment matters & Borang I.- Experience dealing with LHDN.- Knowledge in Strata Title Act & Strata Management Act- Knowledge in formation of Management Corporation.- Good PR skills with authorities.**Requirements**:- Computer literate- Good in written and oral in Bahasa & English- Diploma or Degree in Property Management or equivalent- Able to work independently- Able to work in Putrajaya**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- What is your notice period?
