Role and Responsibilities:- Handle and monitor sales branches' sales administration task.- Verification and submission of sales invoice.- Handle sales order with accuracy and timeliness.- Provide support and assistance to Sales team.- To perform any others task as and when required.**Requirements**:- Diploma in Business Admin/ Accounting or equivalent.- More than 1 year of Sales Administration/ Accounts experience.- Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Good in mathematic.- Computer literacy is compulsory. Proficient in MS-Word, Excel and Outlook.- Able to communicate independently and correspond with branch supervisor.- Work Location at Mantin branch. If selected, training will be given at Nilai branch. (For about 2 weeks to 1 month)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administration: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
