Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers' critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesProcesses orders with Sales operations at Business Units.Accomplish order acknowledgement to customers or order confirmation on customer ehubCoordinate with departments regarding shipping dates and back ordersMaintains customer order files with shipping documents, quotations, and other informationGenerate the ASN and invoice to meet the goods receiving procedure on customer ehubCheck data accuracy in orders, shipping documents and invoicesLiaise with forwarders and Logistics department at headquarters to ensure timely deliveriesEnsure sales targets are met and report any deviationsCreate Final Acceptance Sign Off Form to service mangers Track and collect Account Receivable.
