**Job Purpose**:The main purpose of this job is responsible for actively promoting products through road shows and various sales activities. Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and corporate organizations, exploring new markets, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints efficiently are paramount to the role.**Responsibilities**:**1. Road Shows and Sales Activities**Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve UD commercial vehicle sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.**2. Corporate Relationship Management**Collaborate with customers to customize commercial vehicle solutions that meet their specific operational needs and industry demands. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery and implementation of tailored solutions.**3. Customer Relationship Management**Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial vehicle dealerships, fleet operators, and corporate clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.**4. Documentation and Reporting**Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.**Qualification and Education**:- SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent;Experience- 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales, preferably in commercial vehicles- Fresh graduates who have passion and inclination in sales line are encourage to applyTechnical Knowledge / Skills:- Communication skills.- Knowledge in commercial vehicles is an added advantage;- Possess technical inclination in automotive industry;- Must possess car driving license and own transport.- Negotiation and Relationship building.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.People Knowledge / Skills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- D (required)Ability to Commute:- Bukit Mertajam (required)
