In order to support rapid and aggressiveexpansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing.Responsible for the various enrolment services activities to promote program's offered through market intelligence planning and implementing efficient and effective sales and marketing strategies.The JobResponsible to achieve set targets in student enrolment.Initiates and implements direct outreach marketing efforts to potential student markets in collaboration with academic faculties.Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing a wide variety of school promotional activities and recruitment event.To provide information, advice and guidance for potential students and their parents on the program's offered and to achieve set targets in student enrolment.Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.Lead the development and delivery of a marketing and students recruitment strategy.To foster good relationship with school's counsellors to enable various promotional activities being carried out in the schools.Work in close liaison with other marketing colleagues and manages the team to deliver the needed results.To assist in market research and competitor analysis.Establishes and implements short- and long-range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the marketing department to meet targets.To liaise with Student Recruitment Agents to provide and manage monthly recruitment activities.The CandidateCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing /Business Administration, or equivalent.Good command of written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia.Creative, resourceful, customer focus and result oriented.Ability to communicate with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.Willing to travel.Ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If interested, do send your resume to (HIDDEN TEXT) or through contact +6012-7732998, Nikki.
