Sales And Marketing Executive - Construction - Based In Penang

Responsibilities Explore and identify new potential clients and expand client base Market and promote the company's services to the related industry Plan and execute sales strategies, activities, marketing plans for sales growth Organize and conduct presentation of CIPA Act 2012 awareness, project payment dispute resolutions and service of the company Create a good rapport with clients, maintaining and retaining clients Entertain queries, advising clients, provide close follow up and ensure follow through with clients on sales and all relevant matters To achieve given sales targets Monitor and collect payments promptly Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing or equivalent At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Sale and Marketing (Preferable in Construction field) is required for this position Equip with Sales & Marketing skills Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluent in Mandarin is an advantage) Good communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and committed Welcomes challenges as opportunities A responsible person with integrity, initiative and good attitude Able to work independently with planning and organization skills Embrace teamwork Possess a valid driving license with own transport
