Sales And Marketing Executive

Job Description Job Requirements: Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management or related fields.
Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
At least 1?Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Readiness to work on weekend and public holidays.
Able to work independently, mobile and always on the go with the drive to achieve target.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, proactive and energetic personalities.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in sales campaigns, promotion, road shows and project launches.
Perform marketing research and marketing analysis.
Closely monitor all properties transaction at booking stage.
Act as sales co-ordinator for sales and purchase agreements.
Improve product marketability and profitability on existing project sales and coordinate new project development.
Prepare report such as monthly sales report, activities report, work progress report and relevant reports or documentation that required by Management.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Ability to multi-task.
