Sales And Marketing Manager (Telecommunication)

**Sales Manager Will Reports To **Head of Sales****_ Authority_**- Quotation and Project approval for Sales Executive- Recruit and train new sales staff- Approval of entertainment claim up to xxx amount- Approval of travelling claim up to xxx amount- Approval of higher-level quote discount up to xxx%**_Responsibilities and Duties_**- Assist Head of Sales to oversee overall sales functions and to achieve individual sales Quota.- Assist Head of Sales for contract review and handling of customer enquiries.- Ensure company quality policy and objectives are understood, implemented and maintained in the department.- Support Head of Sales in overall sales and marketing strategies to improve market share.- Support Head of Sales in overall sales and marketing planning, implementation and performance assessment.- Motivate sales staff to achieve target.- Continuously research into new market potential and needs of customer.- Weekly meeting with sales team for opportunities updates and pipeline review.**_Qualifications_**- Diploma / Degree in Business or equivalent- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in sales capacity.- Self starter and ability to do presentation to customers.
