Job Description:1. Responsible to co-ordinate and manage import and export custom, shipment, forwarders and related government3. Co-ordinate import and export shipment and price, develop new forwarder, forwarding, transport4. Follow-up import delivery from port to warehouse5. Arrange custom procedure for equipment and raw materials6. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly shipment schedule7. Ship orders with the legally requisite documentation.8. Determine method of shipment to meet customers delivery expectations.9. Continually checking inventory to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed material.10. Communicate with Finance to resolve UPS / DHL / FedEx billing errors and with Sales to prepare for export requirements into new countries.11. Key in report system12. filing sales order and invoice.13.
