**Offer description**: $ 10,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full TimeCompany OverviewThe company was established in 1991 and is principally involved in the manufacturing of component parts for the air conditioning industry and specializing in the fabrication of a wide range of Copper Tube Components, Blowers & Fans and Heat Exchanger Coils. The Company specializes in fabricating Multi-Bend Tubes, all types of Swaged and Expanded Tubes and Brazed Tubes in accordance to customer's specifications and also produces Accumulators, Strainers, Twin Tube Joints, etc.**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with the manufacturing plan to set priority and alignment for tasks and scope as needed to balance workload for drawings & related technical specs to meet customer order- Lead, guide and monitor engineers & technicians' work- Interface between design team & manufacturing- Support engineers on concept development and design issue & solution for pre-production and manufacturing process.- New products development as per request- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets- Hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients- Setting sales quotas and goals- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities**Requirements**:- Degree/Diploma holder with minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Design or R&D department in HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration) related experience- Ability to prioritize tasks, lead, coach, and mentor technical & sales team- CAD /Solidwork knowledge- Dynamic and entrepreneurial attitude with desire to learn and expand your knowledge and capability- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy- Planning, organization and problem-solving skills- Advance time management skills- Willing to work in Shah AlamAP Carriera Talent Resources Sdn Bhd**Requirements**:- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree- 5 years of experience- Availability to travel: No- Availability of change of residence: NoMore than 30 days agoApplyNotify me with similar offersReport job**Thank you for helping us improve Bestjobs**:We take your feedback very seriously and will review it as soon as possible.
