Sales Assistant Cum Pa

"Responsible: • Collect payment, Issue Receipts and Invoices. Prepare all related documents. • Handle enquiries customers regarding Products, Marketing Plan. • Resolve customer’s complaint, feedback and problems to their satisfaction • Compilation of reports and ensure all reports are submitted on time. • To assist and participate in company event. • Prepare listing orders, documenting and filing customers’ database for easy contact. • Answering product queries about product specifications and uses. • To assist Directors and Managers in any research work they would require • Assist with some personal and projects for Directors • Reminding the manager / executive of important tasks and deadlines • Assist Procurement Director on other duties as allocated especially on special project. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/""A"" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Data Management, Communication, Marketing, Customer Care. • Ability to multitask, solve problems and work with initiative. • Preferred Female •Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. • Can start IMMEDIATELY. • Own Transportation."
