Sales Assistant (Japanese-Speaker)

**Overview**:**Salary**:3,000 MYR ~ 4,500 MYR**Industry**:Manufacturing(Electronics/Semiconductors)- Liaise with transporter and the clients to ensure timely deliveries.- Liaise with overseas shipping team members to ensure timely payment and deliveries to be arranged.- Liaise with customers and relevant parties to resolve any shipping matters/document issue.- Communicate sales status internally with sales manager.- Prepare monthly sales report and any reports as and when required.- Arrange the meeting, business trip for managers- Translate some documents Japanese-English- Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.**Qualifications**:**Requirement**:- Language : English, Japanese(over N2 level)- Education Background : At least Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field- Experience:Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
