Strongly tied to its Italian roots and its DNA of knitwear and color, it is an ambassador of contemporary casual chic style.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Assist in the daily operations of the store.- Provide high level of customer service.- Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations.- Advise customers about member benefits, promotions, and sales.- Work as a team to achieve store sales objectives.- Assist with stock management.- Arrange merchandise on shelves and displays.- Total purchases and process cash and credit card payments.- Process exchanges, returns, and refunds according to company policies.- General housekeeping duties.**ROLE REQUIREMENT**- Malaysia citizen only- Minimum 6 months of retail experience.- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.- Customer service oriented and sales driven.- Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.- Sales Advisor: Basic Salary RM2400 + Comm + Benefits- Senior Sales Advisor: Basic Salary RM2600 + Comm + Benefits**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Marketing: 1 year (required)
