Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Commercial- Location: Malaysia- Team and Role Introduction:**Responsibilities**:- Develop partnership by engaging our sellers via telephone; educating client; verifying information.- Able to assist sellers with end to end registration and sign up process.- Follow up and ensure required documents are uploaded by new sellers to ensure smooth registration and onboarding process onto Lazada- Communicate with the seller to ensure seller go live by uploading of SKUs at least 1 product- Bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design and present ways to help sellers.- Must be able to run Outbound Call / Online Training.- Verify and confirm all data accuracy diligently without any prejudice before products go live.- Contributes to team effort and accomplishes KPI and organization mission by completing related results as needed.**Job Requirements**- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):- Requires excellent communication and sales skills- Computer savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Proven working experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred- Ability to think out of the box with a desire to develop and implement new solutions- Resourceful with working experiences within a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively and efficiently- Good analytical skills with the ability to use data to make decisions- Extremely self-motivated and proactive with a constant can-do attitudeRequirements/Qualifications(good to have):- Diploma/Degree/Advanced/Higher or equivalent in related fields (management, marketing) or other related fields- Computer savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
