Sales Clerk

To engage customer in conversation for purpose of providing sales related assistance;- To participate in department meetings and actively seek to exchange ideas regarding improvement in customer service, job performance, achievement of sales goal;- To assist in making orders to production;- To make label for shipment. - To do the necessary documentation and key in the data in pre-determined form;- To communicate and cooperate with other departments regarding on new designed template, modify existing template, customer requirement, and so on;- To assist in addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues;- To do the necessary arrangement for visiting-customer. - To perform other related clerical tasks;- To perform all other sales job and other related duties as assigned by superior. - To participate in training opportunities to maintain knowledge and stay abreast of best practices;Dynasty Culture Sdn.
