Job description - Attend to walk-in customers, answer phone calls and reply messages thru FB - Introduce the company's courses to parents - Observe children's learning progress, prepare reports and discussions with parent - Address parent & student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Course customer service, to provide professional courses to explain and questions Q & A for parents Requirement: - Must be able to work on weekends - Can speak Bahasa Malaysia & English as you will need to speak with relevant parties - Bahasa Malaysiaand English both fluent in Writing, listening and speaking - Good communication skill - Able to join immediately or on short notice - Can work independently with minimum supervision - Excellent organization and management skills (Training will be provided) - Proficient in MS Office Words & Power Point, Excel - Able to interact and bond with children - Patient, meticulous, friendly, gentle, proactive and creativeHaving been founded in 2009, MuzArt International achieved a breakthrough when it was awarded with the Asia Pacific Top Excellence Brand Award in 2011.
