Sales Coordinator Admin

Client company: Electronic components supplierLocation: Penang (Menara Northam 5S)Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm**Responsibilities**:- Input sales orders received from customers- Issue manufacturing orders to factory- Ensure timely delivery of shipments- Generate proforma invoice- Prepare sales forecast for factory- Respond to customer needs**Requirements**:- Study in Diploma in Business Admin or any equivalent study- Able to work independently- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Powerpoint- Able to speak and write English, Bahasa and Chinese- With 2+ years equivalent experience**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have the transportation?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Sales Coordinator: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa (required)- English (required)
