**CHINESE PREFERED****Responsibilities**:- **Daily Jobs**- To plan for production schedule according to customer order requirements.- To follow up with the store leader the output and progress of the production process.- Prepare delivery order, and invoices- Request payment detail from customer eg: payment voucher, payment advice, bank in slip- Follow up with the order if necessary, coordinate with the production personnel on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement and communicate with customer frequently.- Responsible for enquiry, coordinating shipments and to ensure on-time product deliveries.- Sales support to the sales team for quotations and follow up with customers.- Able to coordinator indoor sales enquire.- Perform other administrative duties (documentation filing, handling incoming calls, company duties).- Providing support to the Accounting Department.- Prepare a memo for production to arranged to rewind or slit.- Key in new customer information or changed customer information in the system and check with an account.- Confirm the price with a salesman for the customer.- Prepare new or latest quotations for customer.- Prepare a sample for the customer.- Perform other related duties as required.**Monthly Jobs**- To prepare production output report and other report to be submitted for decision making.- Back up month end report - print out - to filling.**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
