Good communication/interpersonal skills with all level, aggressive, pleasant personality & independent.- Ability on multi-task and manage time effectively.- To coordinate with sales and others department.- Handle/liaise to customer enquiries, request & support sales team.- Maintain proper record and monitor payment receivables by checking on customers' account for outstanding payments before executing subsequent orders.- Type and update monthly prospect lists from information obtained by the sales manager and ensure submission to the General Manager for his monitoring and/or action.- Type and compile quotations as instructed by sales team and to ensure prompt submission to customers.- Maintain and update all quotations in the computerized database.- Compile and maintain promotional catalogues and advertisements for references.- Ad-hoc assignment by superior.Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) & Saturday (9am-1pm)- **Job Requirement**:- Min Diploma/Degree holder in any field.- At least 1 year experience in Sales Admin or Hotelier.- Computer literate and effective administration functions, e.g. typing and transmitting facsimile messages, filing of documents, attending to telephone calls, and taking messages for all sales personnel.- Fluent in Malay and English.Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
