**SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE - CORUM WATCHES (M) SDN BHD**Oversee the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies, for achieving the targets and objectives set by the Company. Assist in managing the marketing budget and expenditure to ensure P&L accountability.**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with retailers/clients to generate business revenues for the brand.- Coordinate marketing effort with accounting, logistics and technical service groups in the organization.- Maintain and build healthy relationship with Retailers at all levels. Build trust, value, effective communication, collaboration, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity with the retailers.- Seek co-op opportunities with retailers to achieve brand's objective in terms of events/sponsorships etc.- Maintenance of all brand's Point-of-Sales/Materials/misc items.- Continuously conduct training to the retail staffs to update on product/marketing knowledge of the brand.- Administrative duties**REQUIREMENTS**:- Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communications discipline with minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience.- Preferably with working experience in digital marketing.- Highly organized, hands on and attention to details.- Ability to exhibit a sense of ownership and execution.- Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions.- Must be a team player who thrives on deadline-driven projects & deliver under pressure.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Must be able to work independently.- Strong computer skills required especially Excel and PowerPoint.
