This role entails implementing effective sales strategies, collaborating with team members, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities 1. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Electronics / Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Science
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Possess excellent communication & customers' relationship skills
• PC literate with Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
