This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated sales person to develop the business in the area..The mission:a) Develop & implement effective business plan (sales coverage and competency development) to support OFA's mission & growth.b) Promote and sell all available OFA products and ensure every opportunity available is tapped and developed into potential business.c) Focus on creating new replacement opportunities to grow the core OFA business across the entire range of oil free product portfolio including compressors, air treatment and gas generation business.d) Key focus segments will include Semiconductors, Food & Beverage & General IndustriesJob Description: a) Achieve sales target within focus sector in assigned territoryb) Pursue sales lead, promote product, and conclude order with professionalismc) Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales orderd) Feedback and make report as per requirement by the Business Line Manager on all sales related activities and market information including competitors activities and market intelligence inputs.e) Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers & distributorsf) Whenever possible, assist to promote service and products of other Oil-free Air rangeg) Customer centricity and focus on delivering sustainable energy efficient solutions remains central to any actions.h) Use appropriate sales tools available like airscan, itrack measurement box, smartlink data etc to create replacement opportunities based on life cycle cost analysis.i) Update and maintain C4C CRM with account information, visit planning, leads, opportunities & installed base data.j) Support campaigns and write application stories as maybe required to promote business within these segments.k) Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per the Business Line Manager's instructions.Experience Requirements:Proven track record of sales & marketing in industrial sales environment. Some knowledge on focus segments will be added advantage.Must have more than 5 years experience in Industrial machinery sales.
