**Responsibilities**:- Strong understanding of all aspects of the core business.- Actively exploring and developing new clients.- Perform leads generation and cold-calling to acquire new clients.- Gather information to understand client companies and their business needs.- To prepare proposal and quotations to customers.- Resolving client issues and complaints.- Strategic planning to improve client results.- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline for performance.- To maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, and warehousing industry is preferred for this position.- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.- Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.- Possess own transport.
