**Responsibilities**:- Service existing clientele according to the area allocated.- Seek and develop new sale accounts in the area allocated.- Ensure achievement of sales target- Ensure achievement of committed collection- Ensure all due and outstanding payments are collected on time and maintain customer credit discipline.- Ensure proper sales kits/tools like catalogs, price lists and product ranges are available and regularly maintained and updated for the sales department- Introduce and sell new products to existing customers and also new customers.- Ensure all customer data are updated and communicated to immediate superior on time- Ensure market feedback on products and competitors' activities are communicated to immediate superior on time- Relocation and out of station travel on as and when basis, required by management- Timely submission of sales report card on month end- To execute all other tasks as assigned by the management of the company.**Job Requirements**:- You have successfully completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree- 1-3 years of work experience in consulting, sales, startups or have at least a relevant experience in a similar industry and business acumen- Hands-on approach and to coach subordinates to ensure they understand and meet the company's high standards (including values and culture.)- Ability to outperform all tasks and responsibilities- Thrive in a fast paced environment and ability to complete tasks, assignments and company goals in the shortest time frame- Result-oriented & skilled in developing business plans while initiating the changes necessary to achieve strategic objectives in competitive global markets.- Maintain high standards of integrity, credibility and ethics- Have strong planning and negotiation skills in addition to good interpersonal skills with the capability to be a team builder as well as a team player- Have good business acumen with research, analytical skills and also customer-oriented- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.- Ability to work independently and yet be a team player- Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Analytical, problem-solver and multitasker - with the ability to do highly unstructured work.- Ensure that KPI and all tasks assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.- Collaboration work with teams of all levels.- Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Commission payApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in the Food or FMCG industry?
