Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent sales & customer services in retail outlets to achieve sales targets
• Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Assist in daily operations
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
• Shift duty is required
• Locations: Genting SkyAvenue Branch / Penang Gurney Paragon Branch
Requirements:
• SPM / O level or above
• With sales experience preferably in retail / jewellery industry / luxury brands
• Presentable and outgoing
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Conversant with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese / Hokkien is the advantage
