Sales Executive

To attain individual sales targets and fulfil business goals.
Providing relevant information about the product and the project to all sales inquiries, including walk-ins, phone calls and internet inquiries.
Ensure registration awareness by preparing prospective follow-up and compiling a registration database before launch.
Conducting sales presentations with potential buyers with the objective of achieving sales targets and providing the best customer service.
Maintain a tip-top condition of sales galleries, show units, and sales offices.
Provide feedback on the quality of new marketing strategies to the marketing team.
Engaged in all promotional events and sales launches.
Conduct market research so that assignments can be better positioned in the market through continuous market intelligence updates.
Maintain follow up with all buyers to ensure that SPAs are signed, the first 10% payment is collected, and the end financier's letter of offer is accepted.
To increase customer loyalty, build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers in the company. Requirements A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field.
Exhibit a good negotiation and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (need to communicate with Mandarin speaking customer)
Having experience in sales property or real estate industry would be advantageous.
Proficient in computer usage.
Proficient in utilizing MS Office applications.
Self-motivated, creative, energetic, positive and able to work in teams.
Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
