**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.-- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.-- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.-- Following up with prospects several times throughout the entire sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.-- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.-- Compiling and analysing data to find trends.-- Providing professional after-sales support.-- Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal.-- Developing sales strategies and meeting sales quotas.-- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.-- Maintaining a database of contact information.-- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.-- Handling and responding to complaints and resolving issues aimed at client contentment and preserving the company's reputation.-- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.-- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.-- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.-- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.-- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.-- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.-- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.-- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.**Qualifications**:- Diploma in Business/Marketing/Information Technology or related course.-- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management.-- Familiarity with IT products/services and technical experience would be preferred.-- Knowledgeable of market research, sales and negotiating principles.-- Knowledgeable in CRM software is a plus.-- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.-- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest processes and IT capabilities to continually work on automating and modernizing existing systems.-- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.-- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.-- Strong time management skills.-- Organizational and time-management skills.-- A business acumen.
