**Market Development**:Identify and establish new business opportunities in the Teluk Intan region.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.**Sales & Distribution**:Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned outlets.Collaborate with distributors and wholesalers to optimize the distribution network.**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.**Product Knowledge**:Stay updated with product features, benefits, and marketing campaigns.Conduct product training sessions for retailers and partners.**Reporting & Analysis**:Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting achievements and areas of improvement.Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability.**Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to local regulations and company policies.Stay updated with changes in tobacco-related legislation in Malaysia.**Responsibilities**:1. Driving a van and selling products to customers2. Expand distribution by sourcing for and opening accounts with new customers3. Consistent and regular achievement of sales and category targets4. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, and submission to account department5.
