Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.- Prospect and identify potential customers and follow up on sales leads.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and educate them about the features and benefits of our machinery.- Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotes to customers, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activity, and sales forecasts.- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences.**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.- Proficient in using sales tools and software, including CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Technical knowledge of agriculture machinery and farming practices.- Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers and attend trade shows and events.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.**Salary**: RM1,225.02 - RM4,878.96 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
