Join us in expediting the go-green movement and to better the environment by promoting recyclable and biodegradable packaging solutions, for a sustainable and cleaner future.**Area of Responsibilities**- To execute approved action plans and strategies towards achieving sales target.- To service existing customers by developing and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.- To develop customer base by managing inbound and identifying outbound leads.- Assist in organising and attending sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows when required.- Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of sales orders, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions.- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.**Requirements**:- Self-driven and passionate for sales and deal-making.- Understanding of negotiation and closing techniques.- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Multilingual: English and BM.
