Job Title**:Sales Representative**Salary**:MYR 3,000 - 6000 (including fixed allowance + OT)**Basic, Allowances & OT availableLocation: Dataran Pahlawan Mega Mall, MelakaWorking Schedule: 6 days a week, (10am to 9pm)**Responsibilities**:- Welcome and assist customers when they arrive at the shop.- Listen attentively to customers' needs and provide clear explanations to satisfy them.- Present jewelry items to customers, including pricing information, and offer discounts if necessary.- Assist customers in wrapping and bagging their purchases.- Provide pricing details and item weights to the cashier.- Facilitate payment transactions after each purchase.- Manage inventory by entering information into the computer system.- Assist in the daily display of available items for sale in the shop.- Interact with customers respectfully, answering their questions and providing assistance.- Strive to increase sales of jewelry products on a regular basis.- Achieve sales goals set by the employer.- Introduce sales promotions to attract customers and encourage purchases.- Maintain a neat and orderly arrangement of products in the shop.- Operate the cash register accurately and handle financial transactions efficiently.- Strictly adhere to company policies.- Help customers make informed decisions for their jewelry purchases.- Explain warranties and guarantees for each purchased item.- Ensure all necessary documents are included with purchased items.- Send appreciation messages to customers and keep them informed about new arrivals.- Securely store jewelry items at the end of each business day.- Ensure proper display of company signage to facilitate customer location of the shop.**Requirements**:- SPM / O level or above- With sales experience preferably in retail / jewellery industry / luxury brands- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written forms.- Ability to stand for extended periods during business hours**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 08/01/2023
