**Job details**:Posted 25 March 2024SalaryRM6000 - RM7000 per monthLocationMalaysiaJob type PermanentDisciplineSales & MarketingReference272184_1711361854In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic business decisions for internal stakeholders by providing data analysis and managing insights to identify opportunities that will optimize business performance.**Key Responsibilities**:- Designing and developing business analytics using BEx data to support key commercial strategies and decision making in regards to resource optimization, customer targeting, KPI target setting, and sales forecasts.- Developing and maintaining BI visualization dashboards using tools like Power BI and Power Query.- Leveraging on available data sources to evaluate performance, opportunities, and gaps to improve sales force productivity.- Closely collaborating with other systems/process owners (CRM, SDM and Digital Channel) to ensure optimization of Sales Excellence.- Drive active usage of customer relationship management programs to monitor interactions with existing and future clients.**Skills and Experience Required**:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Statistics, or any related field.- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and market/customer trend coprehension.- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI and Power Automate systems.- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and ability to synthesize information and data.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with numbers.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Data provided is for recruitment purposes only.JTK Number: JTKSM 995| Company Registration Number: 201301019088 (1048918-T)
