We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.• Direct and lead with strategic initiatives to achieve assigned sales target through PAMB & PruBSN agency force, Corporate Agents and Direct Channel.• Supervise / monitor the implementation of region initiatives or activities with respective team and apply learnings from feedback for continuous improvement.• Ensure highest level of assistance / support from the team is rendered to the S&M and APM team, Corporate Agents, Agency Leaders or Agents including but not limited to the preparation of the required Action Plan to achieve their sales targets, provide training and marketing supports for every region.• Responsible to drive and meet the group production sales target for agency and other distribution channels – New Business and Renewal Business.• Ensure business decisions are aligned and appropriately executed.• Provide timely feedback to Management on changes in industry preference, regulations, competitors to ensure that proactive activities will be carried out to meet the changing requirements.1. Work closely with S&M and APM team to plan and implement sales plan, monitor and supervise Agency Strategic Action Plan – on the progress and control measures implemented.2. Set appropriate targets, plans for the team and work with team members on actions plan to deliver excellent results.3. Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure team members are trained and career expectations are met and there is strength in the department to support growth and expansion.4. Provide necessary marketing support to the Agency and Corporate Agency – joint-field, seminar presentations, submission of new business application forms and plan / lead the training and product briefings.5. To carry out any other duties pertaining to Corporate Group Business development as per requested by Agency force and Corporate Agents.6. Organized functions and events to promote company products and attract new clients via Direct Channel & Corporate Agents.7. Work with other departments to identify/develop new products, packages and market segments for business penetration and growth.8. Prepare relevant reports and any statistics as and required by the Management on timely.9. Work closely with PAMB Group Ops and Claims team to ensure New Business/Claims submitted are attended promptly.10. Review and establish appropriate processes / operational structure in order to be efficient and effective.11. Any other duties assigned.
