Job Description Job Responsibilities: Obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
Managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and promoting the organisation?s presence throughout Malaysia
Attend to customer enquiry and provide sales services to customer. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
Able to lead, monitor and motivate sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales target
Monitoring the performance of the sales team by using a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor?s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics),?Physics, Material Science, Science and Technology or equivalent
Able to work independently and able to travel when required
Demonstrate strong analytical and leadership collaborative skills
Possess good interpersonal, communication, leadership & negotiation skills
At least 5 years of working experience or in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Manager specializing in Sales ? Electronics/Engineering/Laboratory/Technical or equivalent
