To us, good performance is about much more than turning a profit.**_**Job Details**:- Provide customer support regarding Bank via phone calls- Educate customers on Bank's products and services & direct them toward available resources for self-help- Complete the necessary documentation accurately to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions- Alert management of issues that require escalation for complete resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem- Suggest call centre process improvements and participate in call centre initiatives for increased effectiveness**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM- Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be an advantage- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English- Strong service orientation- Able to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary ?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)
