Sales Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES•Minimum 5 years of working experience, FEMALE, aggressive, preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Automotive and Health Related industry with super sales performance, business planning knowledge and able to sell. •Based in Ipoh, Perak. Willing to travel outstation in short notice period.•Assisting in preparing business plan/business direction for Management meeting.•Assisting in sales activities for Automotive and Health Related business.•Increasing client base by identifying new clients.•Creation strategic sales plan and new business.•Spotting trends and looking for ways to increase sales performance outside of current revenue streams.•Preparing business proposals for both Automotive and Health Related businesses.•Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.•Studying local and international industry trends.•Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement.•Conduct regular sales and business review to evaluate Sales Advisor performance.•Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's base and ensure its strong presence.•Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly sale performance to management.•Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships. •Undertake and perform any other ad-hoc duties, assignments and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO from time to time as and when required.JOB REQUIREMENTS•Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent qualification.•Must have good communication skills to internal person and external person and able to communicate well (speak and write) in English and Bahasa Malaysia (or Chinese dialect) due to business requirement. •Preferable candidate who is able to analyse and anticipate trends and familiar with latest industry trends.
