Our client is Malaysia's leading company and distributor in the industry of kitchenware, tableware, and hotel ware. Their distribution channel is spread throughout Malaysia and Singapore with more than 500 clients, and they included wholesalers, hotel supply agents and retail outlets.**Responsibilities**:- Independently execute sales activities to achieve targets and objectives.- Identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as direct contact, word-of-mouth, social media platforms, and collaboration with the marketing department.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand business opportunities.- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify potential threats and opportunities for business growth.- Actively participate in networking activities to research and establish connections with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.- Organize and oversee showroom events to cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and culinary professionals.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.- Proactively maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.- Recommend and propose upgrades or additional products and services based on client needs and preferences.- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements.- Analyze and incorporate client feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall customer experience.- Prepare and deliver insightful sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.- Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate market shifts and ensure the relevance of our product offerings.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies and enhance overall business performance.**Requirements**:- At least 10 years sales experience in Food Service or HoReCa Industry.- Proven track record of success in sales, with demonstrated experience in acquiring new clients and managing client relationships.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse audiences.- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to add value for clients.- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.- Mandarin proficiency is required to deal with mandarin-speaking counterparts.Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in Sales in the HoReCa industry?
