Sales Manager

ResponsibilitiesSeek & develop new regional customers.Develop and implement short- and long term sales strategies and plans (plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses.Develop, monitor, and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customers satisfaction, etc. Monitor department account receivable days closely and oversee collection trends.Attend & follow up on customer's enquiries, problems, orders & collections.Work closely with overseas subsidiaryPrepare sales forecast, marketing plans, reports, activities, and market conditions.Willing to travel up to 50%Handle and manage Sales Team in Malaysia & China including (Hongkong, Macau)Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross- product/industry business opportunities.Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by Management. RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant roleAt least Bachelor's in biomedical science, life science or other related degree, disciplines.Proficiency in English & Mandarin.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus, but not necessaryStrong leadership capability, analytical skills.Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentations.Willing to business trip and face new challenges.Interested in global business.We provide job opportunities too all job seekers, to have a pleasant job seeking experience with us.
