Sales Manager

**Job Requirement**:- Equipped with sales & market experiences of aluminum, copper, or zinc- Experienced in market info on metal raw materials, responsible to formulate sales strategy plans and provide sales advice and information to support the Company on major decisions- Develop sales targets and to organizing on delegation of sales tasks- Formulate an effective customer-relationship plan,, strengthen customer management, and feedback to management all questions raised by customers- Coordinate with HR department to set department performance goals, implement the goals obtain the approval of the company, and complete the performance appraisal regularly- Responsible for organizing and cultivating subordinates' professionalism and working skills, and continuously elevating the whole team for higher performance level.- Responsible for optimizing the department's work efficiency, processes and mechanisms.**Job Description**:- 5-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing- Willing to work at Simpang Renggam, Johor Bharu
