Job Description Basic salary up to RM 7.5K, plus over-ridding + incentive Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders. Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and upcoming product releases. Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting findings to upper management. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure coordinated efforts and support for the sales team. Organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Monitor expenses and demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) for sales activities. Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus point. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English. 4 years and above of progressive experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and historical data. Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to upper management. Collaborative approach to working with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure coordinated efforts.
