In this role, you will be responsible for managing a sales team selling surgical products and devices used in ENT Surgery across Malaysia.**Key Responsibilities**:- Driving revenue and growth of ENT Surgical consumables and equipment to achieve business objectives and goals.- Guiding and mentoring a sales team, while working closely with the Product Manager.- Managing key accounts to build and maintain relationships with the relevant key stakeholders.- Providing technical product demonstrations and support.- Responsible for budgeting, P&L, proposals and business reviews with relevant stakeholders and management.- Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.**Skills & Experience Required**:- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Medical Devices, with a focus on surgical products.- Strong presentation skills and the ability to train and educate doctors, nurses, and GP's on surgical products and devices used in ENT Surgery.- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.- Experience in building key clientele across private or government hospitals.Data provided is for recruitment purposes only.JTK Number: JTKSM 995| Company Registration Number: 201301019088 (1048918-T)
