Analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM systems. 7. Customer-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills. 8. Adaptability and ability to work under pressure. Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. 2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. 3. Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management. 4. Build relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors. 5. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. 6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams. 7. Provide sales training and coaching. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. 9. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans. 10.
